Coffee. Research shows that coffee drinkers have one-third fewer asthma symptoms than those who don't drink it. Caffeine was once the treatment of choice, because of its bronchodilating effects.
Salmon. Salmon or any fish that contain omega-3 fatty acids can help prevent asthma attacks.The fatty acids enable the lungs to react better to invading irritants.
