Cure Asthma Naturally with Almonds

Almonds are referred to as the king of nuts because of its highly nutritious content. It is the rich food which helps in building the balanced mind and body of the person. Basically, these are found in two varieties bitter and sweet. The sweet variety is further divided into thin skinned or thick skinned.

The thin skinned almond or kagzi is beneficial for eating purposes, whereas, the bitter variety is used for perfumes, cosmetics and producing oil. It is the native of Morocco and is cultivated in the parts of India, Italy, Portugal, California, Africa and Australia.

The best way to consume them is soak them in water for overnight and grind then into fine paste known as almond butter, after peeling off the outer skin. Another way of consuming it is by way of almond milk, which is prepared by mixing the almond paste to the low fat boiled milk with desired sugar. The almonds are found to be enriched with linolenic acid.    The medicinal virtue of almonds helps in the formation of hemoglobin and maintaining the physiological function of the nerves brain, heart liver and bones.  It plays a major role in the Unani and Ayurvedic medicines. 

The paste of almonds mixed with milk cream and rose water, if applied over the face proves to be the beneficial beauty aid for the skin. It regular use helps in preventing wrinkles, dryness, black heads, pimples over the skin.

If a tbsp of almond oil mixed with 1 tsp of amla juice, massaged over the scalp it may prove as a beneficial remedy for premature greying of hair, dandruff, and hair-fall.

How to cure health ailments using almonds?

Anaemia: It is advised to consume 4 soaked almonds daily to have beneficial result for curing anaemia. Being high in copper content it acts vigorously with the iron and vitamins and increases the blood flow in the body.

Constipation: It is advised that the consumption of 12 kernels of almonds at the bedtime helps in improving the chronic constipation. 

Impotency: Almonds proves beneficial in treating the nervous debility and brain weakness of the body as well as it strengthens the sexual power.

Skin Disorders: It is advised that the wild almond leaves are pounded with the water and cream and later applied over the affected area of the skin to get beneficial results. It is really helpful in curing skin problems like eczema, pimples, acne.

Respiratory Disorders:  To cure whooping cough, asthma and bronchitis effectively it is advised that one tsp of oil mixed with 12 drops of onion juice and ginger juice should be consumed three times a day to have beneficial results.
